2. The
“HOMELAND SECURITY ACT”: “USA PATRIOTS ACT”: passed since 9/11 is the
basic destruction of our personal rights given by the “Constitution”, and
“Bill of Rights”.
This must
be defeated, or little by little “this
government “WILL, and is ”stopping Free Speech”.
The Government will end our
ability to “Assemble”, to complain about the government, by claiming
“Any descent, or demonstration “will” be determined to be a Terrorist Act, and against the law”.
Right now, the police can
declare any gathering in public is an “Illegal Assembly” and force us to

act has been used by ours, and other governments in the past to control
citizens,

The police in Washington D.C.
have also ordered demonstrators to leave, cease and desist, in other words “NO
1st amendment” even in our nations capital. The government will tell
you what you will do; they do not want any feedback from you. Oh! That’s right,
you can write your Congressperson or Senator, but how often do they listen to

government do if you’re demonstrating against the takeover of our nation?

There are 160,000
employees in the Homeland Security Department. What do they do?
Do they protect our borders,
do they protect us from those who legally enter our nation with ill intent?
We contribute $50 million to
Interpol for tracing crime, then do not contribute personnel to the office, who
are telling us: “They know Jihad claims they wants to kill 4 million of us”,
and we are not interested in their information. Why.

Security Act” is only in force at Airports, and legal entry points in

“American Citizens” who may get angry

In 1797 our nation
enacted the “Sedition Act”, and again in 1917/18
this same act again made it criminal to say, or print, and/or distribute any
“Negative Comments” about the Federal Government. Any utterance, and you could
be arrested, and severely punished. (See the entire act at the end of this
entry) The Act was discontinued after a few years in each case, believe me the
government can reinstate this type of act anytime they wish, just claiming a
“National Emergency”, so now we have the “Patriots
Act”, same old thing with a new name.
Notice: The First Amendment
was cancelled, or this would not have been legal, just as our government can do
now.
Freedom of Speech is only as FREE to
the degree “the government will allow”.
The First Amendment means
nothing to our government when they want you to shut up.

Citizens
can be, and have been arrested for “bad mouthing” the government.
Not only that, “held without
bail”, or “a speedy trial”, as long as the government wants to hold you, since
you’re now a "Political Terrorist" prisoner. At the present
time a good example was our last political campaign when those who wanted to
demonstrate against the political conventions, were forced behind chain link
fences blocks away from the conventions. “Out of sight, out of mind” is how the
government wants the citizens; the government did this in Los Angeles, New
York, Boston, and other places too.
They tell us “GET LOST, and shut up”.

There
are about 186,000 entries on “Google” about the Sedition Act. You will
have to read more on your own. If they did this in 1797, and again in 1918,
they can do this again, under the idea that this is needed to protect the
American government, from the citizens. (Really the politicians) so you can
easily be arrested for any interference, or badmouthing the government actions,
to do away with the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

It
was a black mark on dozens of family histories that lingered for nearly nine
decades, until journalism professor, and a group of law students examined what
happened to citizens who spoke out against the government during World War 1.
On
Wednesday, (in Montana) nearly 80 people convicted of sedition amid the war’s
anti-German hysteria received the first posthumous pardons in Montana history, including
one who was charged merely for calling the conflict a “rich man’s war”, and
mocking food regulations during a time of rationing.
Gov. Brian Schweitzer said the state was
“about 80 years too late” in pardoning the mostly working class people of
German decent who were convicted of breaking what was then one of the harshest
sedition laws in the nation.
Herman Bausch, was a pacifist who refused to
buy war bonds, and spent 28 months in prison for being outspoken about it.
August Lambrecht was imprisoned for 7 months
for predicting the United States would get a licking in France.
Seventy-six men, and women were convicted of
Sedition. They were imprisoned for an average of 19 months, often based on
casual comments made in saloons. At the time Profane Language, or insulting the
virtues of women usually resulted in longer sentence.

Liquor salesman Ben Kahn spent 34 months in
prison. “This is a rich mans war, and we have no business in it” he told a
hotel owner. The poor man has no show in this war. “The soldiers are fighting
battles for the rich”.
But even those who cussed the president, and
the flag should not be considered criminals, said professor Clem Work, of the
University of Montana. Work said “many were turned in by friends,
acquaintances, or in some cases by people jealous of their land holdings”.
Professor Work’s book “Darkest before Dawn”: “Sedition, and Free Speech
in the American West” inspired law students at the university to write
petitions for the pardons, and help find family members. That was just in
Montana, how many in other states were also arrested?
Now
we have the “Patriots Act”, and “Homeland Security Act”, a
different name, but to do the very same thing to citizens, who may say anything
against the present government system. There was a Senate bill during Nixon’s
presidency that enabled the government to charge us with “that for any negative
comments about our government, you can be arrested”.
That’s
exactly what President Bush was up to.

What kind of Homeland Security do we have?
(Remember; it was a Muslim stopped at the Canadian border with explosives in
the trunk of his car, headed to Los Angeles International Airport to commit a
